Jodhpur reserve gin

This wood barrel-aged gin is made with the following botanicals: juniper berries, angelica, lemon peel, grapefruit peel, orange peel, cassia, coriander, bitter almond, Gaggiolo root, licorice root and ginger.
On the nose, in addition to classic juniper notes, there are hints of wood. On the palate it has a complex taste, balsamic notes are balanced with hints of wood, the finish is dry slightly fruity and persistent.
